Here is a list of the problems we have experienced with these units and their solutions. Good Luck!!

1.) Internal cables coming loose during shipping:

We test all units before they leave our location, But we have had an issue with some of the ribbon cables inside

the units coming unplugged during shipping.

Solution: If you are comfortable doing it, remove the cover and check to see if any of the ribbon cables worked their

way loose during shipping. Be sure to unplug from electricity first. If you are not comfortable doing this send it back to

us and I will replace it.

2.) Strong Channels in the area:

If you experience the Hisense unit freezing up during the channel scan, it is because there is a strong channel or

broadcast in the area that is overdriving the Hisense unit and causing it to freeze.

Solution: You will need to unplug the antenna from the unit while it is scanning, just before it gets to the channel

that it freezes on.  When it goes past it, plug the antenna back in.

When it is finished scanning, go back and manually program any missing channels.

The user's guide explains how to do this.

3.) Power off during initial setup:

If you experience the Hisense unit going off after you first set it up.

Solution: Simply turn it back on with the power button.

This is normal.

4.) Red lights on the front of the receiver staying on after you have turned the unit off.

This is the standby mode and is normal.

5.) Shipping unit back for exchange or refund:

These units have warranty through us and not Hisense. Used units and refurbished units are 90 days from the

purchase date on Ebay. New units are 1 year from purchase date on Ebay. Please email Mike at

mikeorsburn@prosattx.com for return authorization.
