Constitution Brief

A brief description of why we have a Constitution and what is happening to it.

Our forefathers and founders of this great country we live in, called the United States of America, made every attempt possible to create a document that would protect the people of this country from all of the unfair and cruel practices committed against man since the beginning of time. Even though they came from what was supposed to be civilized countries there were still evil motives in men's hearts that swayed them towards unfair, un-human and barbaric practices that are still going on today. Our Constitution and the Amendments to the Constitution (Called our Bill of Rights) were to protect us from the numerous evils that we would be presented with in the future of this country. Every elected official and some of the hired public servants all swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States. As you can see a lot of these folks do not uphold the Constitution and pass laws that are completely un-constitutional. Please read further as I discuss one by one the blatant disrespects for our Constitution

1.) 1st ammendment to the Constitution: Freedom of the Press:

There have been numerous attempts over the years at what is called a fairness doctrine. This would only allow a certain amount of time to each person on each topic to express their opinion hence squelching free press.

We have at the current time numerous extremely wealthy individuals at the tops of the organizations that control the mainstream media. They are able to deliver to us what truth they want us to believe. Because of their vast wealth it creates a form of squelching the truth, thereby preventing true freedom of the press and the real truths being spoken by those people who may not have the resources to be heard in the mainstream media. That is beginning to change with the advent of the internet. I am exercising my free speech with this website. What will give it power is you the people. Please trust that I will do everything humanly possible to live up to the mission statement on this site.
